What we collect from you

• Your business name, your first name, and the mobile number you enter to build a demo.
• The Google Places listing you select, and what is publicly published on your business website.
• Your consent record: the exact wording you were shown, when you accepted it, the IP address of the request, and your browser user agent.
• Account details if you start a trial: your email address, and your business phone number and carrier.
• Usage analytics about how you moved through this site.

What we collect from your callers

When our receptionist answers a call for you, we process the caller’s phone number, the audio of the call, a transcript, and the job details they give — name, address, what they need, how urgent.

We process this on your behalf so we can hand you the lead. You are responsible for how you then use it.

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data

Mobile information collected through our opt-in flows — your phone number and your consent record — is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share it only with the service providers who place calls and send messages for us, and only so they can carry out that delivery on our behalf. No third party receives it for marketing.

Call recording

Calls handled by our receptionist are recorded. The receptionist states this in his opening line. In states that require all parties to consent, that disclosure is made before anything else is said.

How long we keep things

• Demo agents and the phone numbers assigned to them: deleted 30 minutes after the demo.
• Recordings and transcripts from demos that do not become accounts: deleted after 30 days.
• Business profiles we build from public listings: cached for 30 days, then refreshed or deleted.
• Consent records: kept for as long as we may need to evidence your consent, and after you opt out we keep the record of the opt-out itself.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts to that number. We also honour plain-language requests like "stop texting me" or "remove me".

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email help@theodoor.com. We can look your records up by phone number.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics to understand how people move through this site, including session replay on the demo form. Replay masks the values you type — we can see that a field was filled, not what you put in it.

Children

This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
